Local concerns raised by villagers over this application.
• Possible sewerage overload into a weak system with previous leaks into the village.
• Possible overload on water supply (mains/local spring water)
• Access roads to construction site and permanent layout – traffic will use single track Station Road. Must maintain full access to the Hotel and Gleddoch Wynd at all times.
• Control of increased noise and litter collection.
LCC should encourage the RC Planning Dept to review these concerns in depth.
