Online Discussion policy

1. Only use language that will not offend other forum participants.
2. All posts should be submitted from your own account. Do not impersonate other people or falsely claim to represent a person or organisation.
3. Do not 'spam' the forum or resubmit the same, or similar, comments.
4. Our groups should not be used for campaigning or lobbying on party political issues. 
5. Only use an appropriate user name
6. Do not advertise or promote products or services - this should only be shared on our Langbank Community Directory. 
7. Keep your comments relevant to the discussion topic.
8. Do not submit defamatory comments. 
9. Do not condone illegal activity or incite people to commit any crime, including incitement of racial hatred.
10. Do not otherwise submit comments that are unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented or racially offensive. This includes comments that are offensive to others with regards to religion, gender, nationality or other personal characteristic.
11. Do not submit comments that contain personal information that would identify yourself or others. For example addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, car registration numbers etc. 
12. If you are under the age of 16 please get your parent/guardian’s permission.
