Recap to Local concerns raised by villagers over this application.

Possible sewerage overload into a weak system with previous leaks into the village.

Possible overload on water supply (mains/local spring water)

Access roads to construction site and permanent layout – traffic will use single track Station Road. Must maintain full access to the Hotel and Gleddoch Wynd at all times.

Control of increased noise and litter collection.  

LCC should encourage the RC Planning Dept to review these concerns in depth.
